Disability Stockport is registered charity which prides itself on being able to continue to make a
difference to disabled people , specialising in Autism and Disabilities, in the Stockport area. We are
looking for candidates for a dynamic role supporting people in the community , you will be working
with adults who have learning, sensory, physical disabilities and Autism. Drivers preferable as the
role requires you to drive to different locations.
We support people with their shopping, taking them
to social groups, medical appointments, and various other tasks. If you interested or would like
